“Buen hotel, descanso OK, salvo en las mañanas que es un poco ruidoso en los pasillos. Está en plena Plaza Garibaldi, lo bueno: fácil de llegar. Lo malo: el sector es un poco feo, la percepción visual es de inseguridad. Llegando al hotel, el personal con trato normal. Tampoco muy cordial ni sonriente. Mi habitación del 5to piso (519) tenía el problema del lavamanos que acumulaba el agua y no drenaba correctamente. Cómo me quedé 1 sola noche y la atención no era muy amable, preferí no avisar. ”

Good hotel, decent rest, except in the mornings when there's some noise in the hallways. It's right on Garibaldi Plaza, the good part: easy to get to. The bad part: the area is a bit sketchy, there's a perception of insecurity. Upon arrival, the staff treated me normally. Not very friendly or smiling either. My room on the 5th floor (519) had a sink problem that accumulated water and didn't drain properly. Since I only stayed 1 night and the service wasn't very friendly, I preferred not to report it.

Very central and, even though the area is very busy and a bit rough, very quiet. The roof top terrace is really nice !
