Negative: Don't expect any comfort, just a cheap dump. The house is a construction site. Therefore dirty with unfinished doors, walls, cables, sinks, etc. Anyone who is a light sleeper will be woken up multiple times at night by noise, especially because the house is extremely thin-walled. There is only one shared bathroom for men and women. Bathrooms and toilets were not labeled. My room had neither a sink nor a mirror. I had no curtains and no seating. The accommodation was not reachable by phone: the given phone number/hotline only played a recorded message in 7 out of 7 cases. Positive: The WiFi worked well.
