In the event of a late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please notify the residence’s reception, whose contact details are provided on your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the ‘Special Requests’ section in addition to your phone call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (max. 1 per property) at an additional cost (€12 per day and €65 per week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. For group bookings (5 or more properties), specific group terms and conditions apply: full payment is required at the time of booking, and free cancellation is available up to 42 days before arrival. A €300 credit card pre-authorization is required on arrival as a security deposit, which will be released after your stay provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (subject to a satisfactory inventory check).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
