Good to know Essential information for guests staying at this property: Pets weighing over 40 kg are not allowed. For pets under 40 kg, an additional fee applies and a valid vaccination record must be presented. Dogs classified under categories 1 or 2 are strictly prohibited. Bed linen and towels can be purchased on site at the following rates: €18 for a double bed (disposable bedding set) €12 for a single bed (disposable bedding set) €17 per person for towels (1 large + 1 small) Guests are required to clean the accommodation themselves in order to receive a full refund of the security deposit. However, a cleaning service can be requested: Basic cleaning package: €85 (excluding kitchen) Full cleaning package: €130 (excluding dishes) Baby equipment rental: €4 per day for a high chair €4 per day for a baby cot €4 per day for a baby bathtub Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed at this property. A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival and must be paid by credit card. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
