Kent·4·Sep. 2026· "Fred was a very nice host. The yard, swimming pool, hot tub and decor were divine. However, I was traveling with an older man, in 70's. The location was distant from any amenities, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Nothing was close. The walks to the nearest grocery store was rough terrain, limited walking paths, and at times having to walk along the roads. The distance from Lucca was so far away, that to travel back and forth for the excursions which were pre-booked in Lucca was too costly -100 euro to get to Lucca. We ended up not staying at the bed and breakfast and had to get a hotel in Lucca. Fred stated that there would be no refund, as per misterb&b policy. This was very unfortunate."

Beat·5·Jul. 2026· "I can unreservedly recommend Oben's accommodation. Communication was straightforward from the start, and Oben is a very warm host. He gave me many great tips for the city, took time for nice conversations, and even surprised me with breakfast.
The apartment and bedroom are very beautiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the large terrace invites you to relax. The lovely cat also adds to the charm of the accommodation.
The metro is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back."

Yannick·5·Aug. 2025· "My stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was very comfortable, and waking up to the view of the quiet garden and the terrace shaded by that magnificent centenary fig tree was so peaceful. And those figs? Absolutely delicious! Fresh from the tree or in the great jams Vincent is doing with them.
Vincent was genuinely nice and incredibly helpful, providing me with some fantastic tips for exploring the city. I really appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommend!"

Andrew·5·Dec. 2025· "So glad I had an opportunity to stay here. Jamie is a great bloke & an excellent host who presented delightful spaces in his historic house. Gilbert, wagging tailed dog and Toby & Indi cats added to my happy time. The property offered lots of places to wander and relax, which were especially beautiful during sunset. Being in the country, the starry night skies were alive - sadly no Aurora Australis this time. Amazing Tassie places to explore were not too far during the day. thanks J, G, T & I"

Francesco & Canio·5·May. 2026· "If you are looking for a cozy stay in Larnaca, this apartment is a fantastic choice that combines genuine warmth with a strategic location. The location is incredibly convenient: in about ten minutes, you can reach both the city center and the seaside, while the beach is just a few minutes away, making every trip quick and easy.
The hospitality of the hosts is the true heart of the experience; they are incredibly bright and positive people who make you feel at home instantly, always ready to share valuable local tips. A special and irresistible touch is provided by the presence of three lovely cats that make the atmosphere even sweeter and more familiar.
No doubt, if we'll come back in Larnaca, Zacharis house will be our choice again."

Double room in Georgian House in Highgate
Clothing optional accepted • Breakfast included • Dedicated workspace
Marc·5·Jul. 2024· "Mike's guest room is very comfortable with a comfortable double bed, a good WiFi connection, a table with a small flat screen T.V. that works well and electric outlets as well as a window that looks out onto a usually quiet residential street from the upper floor of the house. The entire house is very clean and attractive with a nice terrace backyard behind the house which unfortunately I could not use very much due to unseasonal cool, rainy weather during much of my stay in early July. The bathroom set aside for exclusive use by the guest is very clean, located just off the kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. I used the kitchen to prepare breakfasts and some lunches during my stay. Coffee, tea, bread and cereal were provided. I was able to store some food in the refrigerator which was very convenient. Highgate Underground Station is only a 6-7 min. walk away from the house which is located in a pleasant, very green part of north London. Mike, the host, communicated well up to check-in, we had a nice and interesting chat about all sorts of things the day of my arrival, and I offered him some support when he revealed that his beloved dog named Sausage was ill. After my first of 8 days at Mike's place, he kept to himself mostly the rest of the time, seeming to prefer very little communication from then onwards which was a bit surprising. I tried to make a bit of friendly conversation a few times when we saw one another but Mike seemed to want very little interaction even when he was relaxing in the living room so I left him his space, using only the kitchen when needed. I recommend this guest accommodation for comfort, convenience and if you don't mind having very little interaction with the host after your day of arrival. However, it is possible that the grieving process for Mike's pet dog influenced his moods during my stay. As a pet lover, I can understand that well, if that was the case."
