A friendly warning: The apartment is across the street from several nightclubs. And the decibel level makes it feel like you're sleeping on the dance floor! Also, there are no screens—and due to the mosquito situation—the windows can't be opened at night. If you're okay with that, great place to stay."

Miquel·5·May. 2026· "Riccardo was an amazing host. He was there to help me with anything I needed and he checked with me what I wanted for breakfast before I arrived to make sure he would have it. I really felt spoiled :) On a personal level, he is a great guy, friendly and considerate. It was a pleasure to talk with him and he made me feel so welcome in his home. The apartment was super clean, the bed and bedroom were big and very comfortable. The day after I left he was going to start renovating his apartment, so I'm sure now it is even better. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the metro, and from there it's a quick ride to the city centre. Thank you Riccardo for everything!"

The apartment is brand new, very well decorated, very nice and quiet. It has a very nice bathroom. The room is not very big but sufficient and the bed is comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the coffee machine.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (French / English standard) and accessible by elevator, which is convenient for suitcases (ours were heavy!).
The parking lot is located 5 minutes from the apartment. It is paid parking but not very expensive. It does require a dedicated app, but Mart was helpful in explaining it to us.
The old town is about a 15-minute walk away and the path is simple.
The exchanges with Mart, prior to arrival, were extremely fluid; Mart has always been very responsive to our messages. After our arrival, he always made sure that everything was going well for us.
We didn't see each other much, but our stay was very short, and we spent a lot of time sightseeing. We were able to exchange for a moment on the first evening with Mart and Silvere and it was very nice. On the second evening, Mart and Silvere had engagements. We were able to talk with Mart again for a moment during breakfast on the day of departure. It was nice, since we always appreciate being able to exchange with our hosts at some point.
Staying at Mart and Silvere's was a positive experience and a good option for our visit to Tallinn.

His home is a classic mid-century butterfly style with a gorgeous backyard pool/patio. And the location is ideal, about 8 minutes from downtown. Because of another cancellation, he generously upgraded me to the next larger bedroom. Check-in was a breeze, in large part because he was so prompt in communicating with me. If I ever return to Palm Springs, I would happily stay here again."

The flat is a charming traditional Italian home situated a stone's throw from the Duomo and central sights. The room was large and despite its central location was quite quiet (if you need total silence at night you are staying in the wrong city)"
