Stylish & Quiet Room in Ipanema

Stay in a spacious, bright, and well designed apartment in Arpoador, ideally located between Posto 7/8 in Ipanema and Posto 6 in Copacabana. The apartment is very quiet, well maintained, and offering open views and a calm atmosphere despite being in one of Rio’s most vibrant areas.

You will be staying in a private room in my home. I genuinely enjoy welcoming guests and sharing local tips, recommendations, etc. Your private room is quiet, comfortable, and well suited for both rest and work. It features a double bed, ample storage, blackout blinds, air conditioning with remote control, a fan, a dedicated desk, and a smart TV. A private bathroom located just outside the bedroom is exclusively for your use and includes a toilet, walk-in shower, sink, and essential toiletries. Guests have full access to the apartment.

Everything you may need is within walking distance, including beaches, restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, local markets, gyms, shopping areas, and many of Rio’s main tourist attractions.

The apartment is large, comfortable, and fully equipped. It features high-speed Wi-Fi, a large TV, Sonos sound system, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a generous dining area, and a comfortable living space. A spacious balcony with seating provides a great place to relax while enjoying the view. The kitchen offers plenty of storage and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, French press, robot mixer, kettle, gas stove and oven, airfryer, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The laundry area includes a washer, dryer, and iron.

The building is very secure with 24/7 doorman service. It also offers shared amenities including a gym, digital mini-market, steam room, BBQ area, a small pool and a large swimming pool.
