A bright and spacious apartment in Arpoador, set between Ipanema and Copacabana and just a few minutes from the beach. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and understated, with open views, natural light and a comfortable interior.

The private bedroom includes a double bed, generous storage, blackout blinds, air conditioning, a fan, desk and smart TV. A private bathroom just outside the room is reserved exclusively for the guest.

The rest of the apartment is shared and includes a comfortable living room, dining area, spacious balcony and fully equipped kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos sound, washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The apartment is my home, and I enjoy keeping it welcoming, quiet and easygoing. I am always happy to share local recommendations while giving guests their own space. A very small and gentle puppy also lives in the apartment.

The building has 24/7 doorman service, as well as a gym, steam room, BBQ area, mini-market and swimming pools.

Beaches, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, shops and many of Rio’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance.

Location, location, location. The place is very convenient located close to all beaches, bars and restaurants with plenty of things to do. Excellent building with all amenities. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable bed. Five stars to the host, Julien, always available, friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend this place

Staying with Julian has been marvelous. The flat is spotless, extremely well-located and comfortable. A short walk to the gay beach and the metro station, I got everywhere I needed to quickly and safely. The highlight, however, is Julian's hosting skills. He was warm and helpful in every regard, full of recommendations on local activities. Hugely recommend a stay with him!

Julian was a fantastic host. He shared loads of great local tips and made everything really easy from the moment I arrived. The apartment was spotless and beautifully styled, and he'd clearly thought of all the little details, like chargers and practical touches that make travel smoother. He made me feel completely at home, like staying with a friend who gives you your space but is always there if you need help or advice. I'd recommend Julian's place without hesitation. A perfect stay.

Julien was a sweet, caring host. He helped discover Rio and gave me lots of good suggestions on what to do. The room and the house were extremely clean, well located and Julien made sure it felt like home for the short time I was around. Had an amazing time at Julien's! Super welcoming and friendly, a person full of positive energy always available for tips and "dicas". The flat is decorated with taste and you can tell he is a refined person! Will definitely come back! Thanks again!
