Excellent two-bedroom apartment. Backyard, quiet and close to the main access points to the Center and South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.
It's just me and my cat. We have an office and a kitchen that can be used by the guest. There are also two bathrooms, making it easy for both of us to use.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans complete the comfort.
We are also equipped with household appliances, bed linen, TV and other items that make everyday life easier.
There is a kitten on the premises who is no trouble at all.
The building has only four floors and there are two flights of stairs to the second floor.
For security reasons, we don't allow parties or visitors, or third-party access. There are security cameras in the common areas of the building.
There is plenty of nightlife and the tourist attractions are easy to find.
