Flavio and his partner were nothing but exceptional hosts my first time in Rio. My first night they took me out to hang out with friends and felt very welcomed to be in places where locals hang out. Throughout my stay, they gave me tips of places I could visit and how to move around the city. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The place is in a safe area, one block away from the beach. It has security in the lobby and the overall building is safe and welcoming. I will stay again in a futuree

Incredible stay in Rio de Janeiro. The area is wonderful, quiet, safe and full of bars and restaurants next to the beach. The apartment is peaceful, very clean, very beautiful, the bed very comfortable. And above all Flavio and Djan are the best part of the experience; friendly, kind, very fun and very good people. Flavio was hands down the best host I've ever stayed with ! So attentive from the moment you book with anything you need he's just a message away . He took time to check me in, make sure I was settled and offered lots of great recommendations . What sets Flavio apart from others is he gets to know you and incorporates you into his life , inviting you to parties , to meet his friends and to go for a drink in the bar . Such a warm , kind hearted person - you won't regret booking a stay here ❤❤

Cosy room with comfy bed in nice, stylish apartment. Super clean bathroom. There is no better location in Rio, it's perfect. Flavio and Djan are amazing host. I felt welcome from the very first second. Super fun evening in a restaurant and club with Flavio and a friend of his. Nice conversations all the time. Definitely will come back. Highly recommended.

Excellent hosts! It was a very pleasant stay

Flávio and Djan are truly wonderful and very open people. They make you feel really at home. We became friends, they invited me several times to go for a walk and introduced me to their circle of friends. The house is very clean and spacious, very close to the beach. I had a really good time and if I return to Rio I will definitely go back to them.

I had an amazing stay with Flavio and Djan. The location of the apartment is great and there's plenty of breakfast/lunch/dinner places right at your doorstep. On top of this, Flavio helped me with local tips, introduced me to some of his friends and is overall a great person. I highly recommend staying at this apartment. The place has an excellent location and is just as published. Flavio is very attentive, only that unfortunately I didn't have much interaction with them, but it's a comfortable and clean place.
