Comfortable room in duplex penthouse apartment (tenth floor), with independent entrance (via elevator and one more flight of stairs), double bed, dining table (or work) WI-FI broadband available, private bathroom with electric shower, air conditioning, minibar, coffee machine. Plugs 110v / 220v and USB.
Quiet, window with blinds and view to the internal area of the building.
NOTE: because it is a penthouse apartment the water pressure may present momentary instability (stronger or weaker).

Elegant, cozy and comfortable environment. It is also well located: a 10-minute walk from the Siqueira Campos subway station and a 15-minute walk from Copacabana beach. Negotiable access to other areas of the apartment, if needed, such as kitchen, laundry room, terrace (with plants, sun).
