- When going to or returning from the beach (whether shirtless or without pants), always use the service elevator and wash your feet to remove the sand before entering the elevator
- There are other people living in this building, so we ask that you keep the noise down at night after 9 p.m.
- It’s so nice to have everything clean and tidy, isn’t it? So, if you cook anything, please clean everything up
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet, as it can cause a clog
- If you lose the house key, you will be charged R$ 150.00 (to make a copy)
