Well decorated environment and high spirits that can be used by my guest. Full kitchen and washing machine. Family building with only 2 apartments per floor, 24-hour doorman and street security. Bicycle garage. Posto 4 - best area of Copacabana, close to everything.

For our security, no visitors will be allowed; according to the building's rules, only guests registered here on the website will be allowed in.
You can smoke on the apartment balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom;
We do not allow pets;
We don't like loud noises. And any noise after 10pm is strictly forbidden.
It is forbidden to take towels out of the suite onto the street.
In the event of any item being lost from the room, a charge will be made for the lost item.
Guests can use the fridge to store food for breakfast and snacks.
