The apartment has an excellent location, close to everything, a very pleasant stay and Evandro was very attentive at all times

The communication beforehand was already perfect, and even though I landed very late in Rio, it wasn't an issue for him. I was welcomed incredibly warmly and in a friendly manner. The location of the apartment is excellent - everything is easily accessible on foot, and the U-Bahn station is just around the corner. Dinho himself is a really lovable, uncomplicated host who provides you with great tips. He was even so nice and took me along to a party with his friends. A thousand thanks for everything

I had another great trip to Rio because of Evandro. Thank you. Comfortable bed. Firm, good pillows. AC that actually works (thank you 🙌). I was even able to do a quick load of laundry before heading out. A PLUS :) The clean and cozy room in his apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to Ipanema Beach. The location is on a quiet street, which I found to be just perfect as there wasn't any street noise. Having my own bathroom was a big plus! Good water pressure and everything. Keyless entry made everything simple. When I come back to Rio—and I will—I'm staying here again. Thank you, kind Sir.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to stay at Evandro's place, because my flight arrived early in the morning and I had no trouble with check-in. Then the next day I had the opportunity to meet him and we spent a great time at Ipanema beach and he provided me with important information about the area. I highly recommend him, he's a really great guy.

Evandro, known as Dinho, is the coolest, cutest and kindest guy in Ipanema, definitely the best host I've ever met (I myself have been a superhost for years). The house is lovely and very clean, Dinho takes great care of it, and it's located in the safest part of the city, everything is easily reachable on foot or by rental bikes, plus the house is just a stone's throw from the Sunday markets and the coolest spots. It was my first trip to Rio, but in six months I'm absolutely coming back and I'll definitely want to stay there again!

Dinho (Evandro) was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond with tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. He wasn't just a great host, he truly made me feel at home, and I now consider him a friend. I hope he'll come visit me in Australia someday! Highly recommend staying here if you're lucky enough to find it available.

Perfect stay! Very nice apartment in the best area of Rio. Everything you need is available. I don't see a reason not to stay here. Safe area, nice room, perfect location and above all: Evandro is a great host! He helped me out with all the questions I got and I joined him to a volley-match and the beach: thanks again. If you're thinking of visiting Ipanema! Evandro is the best host, has a very good location, communication and the best recommendations for eating and visiting! My stay in his space was excellent! It's my first time using this platform option, and everything went very well staying in the space that Evandro offers which is very comfortable and clean, consider it as your best option

Evandro's apartment is located in an easily accessible area with several restaurants and points of interest, in a quiet neighborhood. The room is a good size and comfortable. Evandro is a great host, my first experience booking and it exceeded my expectations. He maintained communication before arrival and during the stay, always making an effort to communicate in my language. Definitely, it is an excellent option for accommodation in RJ.
