Spacious, fully equipped and bright apartment located on the Ipanema beach block (100 m) between Posto 8 and 9, next to Praça General Osorio (with access to the metro). In the heart of Ipanema, the gay district, with many options of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and gyms. In addition to the tourist attractions in the area.
It's a room in my apartment, so there will be interaction with me, I love welcoming guests and giving them tips on the city, both for tourist attractions and LGBT+ places.
The room has a comfortable double bed, large closet, blackout, air conditioning with remote control, fan, desk + chair for home office and TV with Netflix/Prime and Globo Play. The open kitchen and living space are great for getting to know my guests. If you need to work from home, you can also use the communal spaces or my work studio.
💪🏽☄Vamos work out together?! I can take guests to the gym. And of course you can bring dates, I trust your judgment.
🐶 I have a Labrador mix puppy at home (4 months old in Sept/25), well-behaved and trained, so be aware that he will be around during your stay. He has a designated space, so there are usually no problems with him roaming around the apartment. He doesn't shed, in case you're allergic.
