Didier·5·Aug. 2026· "The apartment is located in an alternative and quiet neighborhood, where "street art" is everywhere, close to a large forest with two lakes offering opportunities for bathing in summer (I've tested😊), and with quick access to the city center by tram or even by suburban train (S-Bahn).
The premises are 100% consistent with the description and located in an old building with lots of character that has been completely renovated; the room is comfortable and bright. However, for people with light sleep, it does not have shutters: in summer, plan to wear a mask if you do not want to wake up with the sunrise :)
Niklas is a fantastic host, present on site and considerate. He is attentive to ensure that the whole stay goes well and has helped me with suggestions for visits or outings. We've had good conversations, over tea and "delikatessen" or a beer on the balcony. I definitely recommend !"

I'm sad that I did not get to stay long enough to enjoy their beautiful pool which means I will definitely have to be back again! Not to mention they have the most adorable and sweet loving dog. Highly recommend!"

The guys are so nice, easy going, available to recommend must see places and to spend a few time together. Last but not least an adorable cat and a relaxing massage by Frank if you like! What more could you ask for? 😉"

A separate living room is available in the guest area, with dishes, appliances, a table and couch seating. Kitchen access is provided upstairs for cooking and washing dishes. Metro access is easily accessible to the city. Miguel was a sweetheart, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire stay. I loved every moment, thank you Miguel!"
