His apartment is as pictured in the photos and is in a convenient location to access the metro stations, the gay neighborhood, and the Gothic Quarter. I would definitely stay with him again and would recommend his place to others."

The little touches, like the fresh morning coffee and the comfortable, fresh-smelling sheets, made for a fantastic stay. Having secure gated parking was a great bonus as well. It's the perfect base for your trip, and I would absolutely recommend staying here if your budget is limited and you want to be in the central area of the city."

Both Jonathon and his partner were really friendly and we had dinner and a few glasses of wine together. Ideal base for exploring Brighton, I'd definitely stay again."

His apartment, located on the heights of Nice, is very pleasant, comfortable and air-conditioned — a real plus in the middle of summer. And most importantly, it offers an absolutely magnificent view of Nice that never gets old.
And when you say "heights of Nice" there's definitely a bit of climbing involved! 😄 The slope to reach the apartment is quite steep, but let's say it allows you to work your calves and glutes before enjoying, once you arrive, a view that definitely deserves the effort!
A very good stay at Nicolas's place, which I highly recommend for his welcome, his kindness and the setting his apartment offers."
