You get a huge window with a balcony which really elevates the experience. The location is fantastic and walking distance from many points of interest in a beautiful hood. Easy to access from multiple metro stations, a grocery store by the corner and even some good coffee and food options around. Even though Arnaud could not be present for the check-in, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Make this your next stay, the cozy apartment and this great host will definitely make your Paris visit memorable!"

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable everything was. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—there is absolutely no difference between the photos and the real environment, which made me feel immediately at ease. The location is simply unbeatable, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Considering the quality and convenience, the price is more than reasonable and truly great value for money. Both the bathroom and the kitchen are immaculately clean, and honestly, they can easily rival those of a four-star hotel. What truly made my stay special, however, was the host, Hakan. He is genuinely kind, warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my entire stay. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay, this is it. I strongly recommend this apartment to everyone—you will not be disappointed!"

He helped me with details on how to arrive at his place. He even offered me bread, cheese, juice etc. later we went out for some drinks and exchanged stories from his travel, and discussed other interesting topics.
I would highly recommend his place if you're ever in Dresden. Cheers!"
