Central location & in gay area...

Håkan is the best host you can get! From the very beginning he was always very communicative. He was very accommodating with my requests, and he gave me a small tour of the beautiful neighborhood, as well as many recommendations for the city. He always had a smile and very friendly. The flat is in perfect location, the couch is very comfortable and everything was very clean. I'm very happy to have my stay at his place and I would gladly recommend Håkan's cosy flat for anyone who's interested!

I only regret one thing: not staying more than one night at Hakan's! I won't talk about the apartment which is exactly as described, but about Hakan who is much more than a host—he quickly becomes a friend. He's always smiling and available, and even accompanied me to the bus station when I left so I wouldn't take the wrong bus, since I speak neither Swedish nor English! I recommend it 200/100.

I had a lovely stay with Håkan—he was friendly, a great communicator, and very helpful, his place was just as described and a great value in a perfect location, and my only regret is I was only able to stay one night!

Unbelievable location directly across the street from a metro station that is three stops from Central Station (for those arriving by train) which, in turn, has a direct 18 minute express train to the airport. Loads of restaurants and bars on the street and in the neighborhood along with an absolutely fantastic supermarket right next door. The sofa bed is cozy and comfortable, the bathroom modern and spotless, and Hakan is kind enough to create personal space for his guests in both the bathroom and refrigerator. Great collection of Swedish pop music (everything from ABBA, Ace of Base, and Roxette) along with many other artists will keep you happy and twirling in the living room which has abundant natural light from a wall of windows. Hakan likes to take his guests on a private tour of the neighborhood (say YES when he offers) upon arrival and is an encyclopedia of things to do and see in Stockholm. He never stops smiling (seriously) and shows paramount concern for his guests enjoying their time in his beloved Stockholm. You will not find a sweeter, more friendly host anywhere.

I had a pleasure staying with Håkan (again). He's as great host! He helped me out with some last minute laundry, and it was fun getting a glass of wine with him nearby. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Håkon's place is more than convenient. It close to everything, grocery store, restaurant and transport. The place is cozy and very clean. The most important is Håkon, the host. He provided every detail which made my stay super easy. He showed me around and his knowledge about the area is incredibly. My trip would be less enjoyable without information from him. I highly recommend and will surely stay with him again in my next trip to Stockholm.

I had a very nice stay at Håkan's place. It was super easy to comunicate with him before and during the trip. His apartment is super tidy and looks like the pictures and he made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was very kind to give me a tour in the neighbourhood. I'd definitely go back. :)

Håkan has an apartment with an incredible location, and is a lovely host. I was able to get from the airport to his place in slightly over an hour the cheap way (I wasn't duped into paying what feels like 1000€ for the Arlanda Express lol) and after check-in was able to walk to the best vegan restaurant in Stockholm in under 10min. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Would easily (and will) be staying again!
