The apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable and there's plenty of space. Highly recommended. Thank you both for this wonderful stay."

Angel·5·Jul. 2026· "My stay with Eddy and Ludovic was fantastic! Their flat is modern, cozy, and spacious. The room I stayed in was comfortable, quiet, and roomy; I had my own bathroom, and it was a major plus that they also had A/C. Their flat is incredibly close to the metro, and you are only about a mile away from the Eiffel Tower. The price for the place is an absolute steal!
Aside from the space, the hosts themselves are wonderful. I loved how Ludovic messaged me ahead of my trip to offer recommendations for nearby places to see, where to eat, where to go to the gym, or where to go for a nice afternoon run. He is incredibly personable and easy to connect with,... you start and end the trip feeling like you've known him for years. He was so accommodating, understanding, and helpful throughout my entire stay!
If you are looking for a great place to stay with stellar hosts, this is absolutely the place for you!"

The bed is very comfortable and with its private shower and toilet, the bedroom is perfect for privacy. Thanks to Philippe, I was also able to experience a great festive and musical moment in the local nightlife. Thank you so much for your hospitality, see you soon!"

His apartment, located on the heights of Nice, is very pleasant, comfortable and air-conditioned — a real plus in the middle of summer. And most importantly, it offers an absolutely magnificent view of Nice that never gets old.
And when you say "heights of Nice" there's definitely a bit of climbing involved! 😄 The slope to reach the apartment is quite steep, but let's say it allows you to work your calves and glutes before enjoying, once you arrive, a view that definitely deserves the effort!
A very good stay at Nicolas's place, which I highly recommend for his welcome, his kindness and the setting his apartment offers."

His apartment is very spacious, has all of the facilities for a very comfortable stay, and is very tastefully decorated with artwork and greenery. Both Jonathon and his partner were really friendly and we had dinner and a few glasses of wine together. Ideal base for exploring Brighton, I'd definitely stay again."
