James was so welcoming, friendly, and communicative. His place was immaculate and modern with extremely comfortable bed and an awesome rain shower! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend James's place to anyone looking to stay in the Uptown/Andersonville neighborhoods."

My room was the smaller of the two rooms he has to offer. Unfortunately, the bigger room wasn't available. The small room is very, very small. No space for suitcase except under the bed. The only downside. Walk from the tube is a bit far...but not too bad if you like to walk. Took me around 13 mins. The bathroom was very nice and clean. I would book again but only if the bigger room is available. Thanks again, Roman!!"

Lance·4·Sep. 2026· "This was an interesting stay, although I never quite felt completely at ease or as though I truly belonged in the space. While I was encouraged to make myself at home, I felt somewhat unsettled throughout my stay.
The accommodation itself was comfortable, and the bedroom was spacious, with the added benefit of its own bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had two of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in the past few weeks.
That said, the shared living space felt very small for three people, let alone four, and I think this is worth keeping in mind when booking.
I would also suggest that anyone who is an early riser discuss this with the hosts beforehand. I was conscious of making as little noise as possible in the mornings, but comments such as “I’ve been awake since you left” and “we heard you put the kettle on” left me feeling uncomfortable and somewhat self-conscious about simply going about my morning routine.
There were definitely positive aspects to the stay, particularly the comfort of the room and bed, but overall I didn’t feel entirely relaxed in the shared space."

Everything was as advertised, and communication went smoothly. I also enjoyed our chats in the evening, and I miss Molly already!
The location was perfect, too - close to Bridge and Tower, within walking distance of Borough Market.
My personal highlight was the view from the bedroom window - iconic London landmarks as soon as you rise!

Alan and Tony are the perfect hosts, their home and garden are beautiful, communication is spot on.
I chose them as they had an enclosed garden and I wanted to be naked during my stay, I was not disappointed, from the moment I arrived until I left I was clothes free, I could come and go as I please and the guys are fantastic, so friendly and accommodating.
Bedroom was lovely, great breakfast and secure parking for my bike.
Highly recommend a stay here, I will definitely return"
