The CrowAsis got it's name about 18 years ago when my friends combined my ******** with oasis and it has stuck ever since!
I am located in a safe, quiet but extremely modest Winter Park neighborhood. The minute you walk thru the door you will be transported to a whole new place, you will feel yourself relax and understand why I choose Florida as home.
From the living space to the core of who I am the CrowAsis is an open environment. I love Key West's motto of "One Human Family", hopefully you do too!
Enjoy movies on the big screen in the living room or outside on the porch of indecision. Bathing in the warm Florida sun. Swimming in the pool. Relaxing in the hot tub. Having fun creating a colorful healthy meal. Reading a book in one of the many comfortable spots inside or out. Everything I have done to CrowAsis has been with that one word in mind...relax!
The house is not out of the page of a interior catalog, everything in and around the CrowAsis is personal. The decor is extremely eclectic, picked up from all over on travels and places I have worked. I absolutely love Mexican folk art so in some rooms you would swear you are in Mexico, other rooms a library or a museum, and a little bit of Halloween and Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. There are personal pictures of good times all around, this is home and I love it!
I bought the house 19 years ago and since day 1 it has been an evolving work in progress. Unforgettable memories, friends, family, laughs, and love are what makes the CrowAsis so special and I can't wait to welcome more into my story!
The guestroom is exclusively for you.
You will also have your own private bathroom. The bathroom is 10 steps away from your bedroom down the hall.
You have access to the living areas of the house including the kitchen.
You will love the screened in porch and the backyard! You have access to the pool which will be too chilly for most from November to March. Use the pool and hot tub at your own risk and absolutely no glass in the backyard. All homes in the neighborhood are single story and the backyard is completely enclosed with a privacy fence.
Guests may also access the hot tub which is hot and ready to go year round! Use the hot tub at your own risk. Please shower before entering hot tub to keep the water clear and fresh.
The house has a monitored security system and closed caption video is used on the front and sides of the house.
You will be sharing the house with my partner Caleb and I.
I work full time and am fairly busy but I will certainly help answer any questions or provide recommendations.
My biggest belief in life is that the world would be an amazing place if everyone treated others as they would like to be treated and that is what I ask of my guests. Please treat the house and grounds as if they were yours.
If you use the kitchen please place dishes in dishwasher and help keep the spaces tidy.
As a general rule quiet time is between 11pm and 7am.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house, but you are more than welcome to smoke on the patio and in the backyard.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Winter Park is the cultural side of Orlando. Park Avenue in downtown Winter Park (5 miles away) is absolutely adorable with lots of boutique shopping, restaurants, wine bars, and Museums. The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art houses the most extensive collections of Tiffany in the world and is a wonderful place to visit.
While there is a bus stop fairly close to the house (just under a mile) I would like to point out that the Orlando area is not a public transportation friendly city, it is extremely cumbersome and takes an excessive amount of time to maneuver the area.
I would HIGHLY recommend renting a car or using taxis/Uber/Lyft during your stay in Central Florida. We live on a cul-de-sac and there is plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of the house.
