Richard was the perfect host. Went above and beyond including picking me up and showing me around the area and including me in some social activities with friends. His home is warm and welcoming and the room was great. Made a friend in addition to having a place to stay.

Had a positive stay with Richard. He was more than accomodating with my travel schedule as on multiple days I was arriving back to the residence after 11pm. Not one issue with doing so. Had some interesting conversations around his world travels. Overall positive experience and grateful for allowing me to stay nearly a full week!

My experience with Richard and his place was 5 star. Richard was proactive with communication about the details of the accommodations and the booking. After the first conversation I knew I was in good hands. There was ample off-street parking. The master suite was spacious and clean. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the room supplied with a big screen TV and private mini fridge stocked with waters. Richard greeted me at the door, cooked me dinner, served me wine, and was a delight to talk with. Turns out we have a number of things in common. He even guided me through picking up my bags from the airport which was such a comfort to a first time Orlando visitor. His dogs, Willow and Molly were friendly and as cute as can be. I will definitely stay with Richard again and refer my friends.

Richard was a fantastic host! He was communicative and friendlu, and we enjoyed a home cooked meal together on my first night (thanks again!). The space itself was private, and had a private bath attached, which was great. The location was perfect for my needs, and the room was quiet. Overall, 10/10 and I would absolutely stay again when I'm back in Orlando!

Richard was a great host. I would highly recommend his place to anyone wanting a nice little getaway! He and his dogs gave me a warm greeting when I arrived. We ended up talking for an hour. It felt like we had known each other for years! The bedroom and bathroom were more than adequate. I had a great time, and I definitely wouldn't hesitate to book with Richard again!

Had a great stay. Richard was very communicative and accommodated my last minute request. Everything in the room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. And having the en suite bathroom with a huge shower and closet was a bonus. The location was great for my needs, but not convenient to Disney if that happens to be your thing.
