Cute cozy cottage at the back of the main house. Once you pass through the gate you walk into a tropical Paradise. Following the stone path though the garden until you come the cottage. You have your own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a kitchen fully stocked with what you may need .. wifi and cable Tv Off street parking .. as a guests you will have access to pool.. and the grounds.. I have 1 Cat and 1 dog on the property.. there is a couch that can hold a third person. Clothing Optional on grounds and pool area. Come relax and enjoy yourself in my little piece of heaven.

House rules : Respect of home and property. There is parking for 1 large vehicle or two compact vehicles. Please no parking in the grass. Trash (Pink)and recycling receptacles are located by the garden gate. Please No other guests on the property other then the ones staying in the cottage do to liability. I’m a Pet friendly place please clean up after your furry baby.. There is a 5.00 per day pet fee which can be paid at check in. If you bring your fur baby please use the sheets I provide to cover the couch to help save the couch from the fur or muddy paw prints. Please keep your dog on their leash while in the yard do to my Cats and my gardens. Take them to the front of the house in the grass so they can do their business. I have a popper scooper located by the gate to the yard. Pick up and dispose in the trash bin. No glassware in the pool area No jumping or driving into the pool. No Dogs in the pool area. Fans and lights in the kitchen and bedroom work from pull chains. ( DO NOT TURN OF THE LIGHT SWITCH BEDROOM AREA PLEASE) Tv Remote located in box on coffee table. For cable TV and premium channels choose HDMI 1 . On day of check out PLEASE send a TXT or MESSAGE that you have departed. Make your self at home The check in Time is 3Pm. The check out time is 11:00Am. If you are requesting an early check in or late out there will be an additional charge of $25.00. I won’t be able to answer that until the day before your stay, Due to my work schedule and also depends on the guests prior.

Great location and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds. Cottage is quite small. Perfect size for solo traveler.

Cute cottage close to Mount Dora. Host was very responsive and helpful. I left my watch behind and he did everything he could to get it back to me.

I loved the cottage. It is so cute. And the Jungle around this place is amazing. The host went out of his way to take care of me during my stay. He even went out and bought me a toothbrush when I mentioned I forgot mine!

From the moment we arrived, Thom and I felt the weight of the outside world lifted from our shoulders. Troy and William created a fairytail honeymoon. Your kindness was something we were needing. How wonderful, to meet two great men, and feel so comfortable. It's like meeting friends, we never knew we had. Everything about our time there, was beyond expectations.

Great place to relax and enjoy a paradise of garden setting and clothing optional heated pool. The cottage was a hidden gem with all modern amenities. I definitely would be back. The host was easy going and accommodating. A+++

We had the best time here. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable with a totally Key West vibe. We loved it and you've got to see it at night! The grounds are lush and the cottage is very private but it's worth getting to know Troy as he made our visit as enjoyable as the accommodations. All this, plus fresh laid eggs at the ready. Thanks Troy!!! 😁
