Come stay and relax in the comfort of my Tiki Oasis Room. It features a collection of all my favorite Polynesian antiques and tiki treasures. A lot of love went into this room, and you can feel it. The themed private room features a queen size bed. You will also have access to a *spotless* shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen area. And please relax in my private, fenced backyard surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. You will get your own key to come and go as you please.
There is plenty of free parking in my driveway.
I love living in the College Park/Winter Park area because of all the great restaurants and shopping nearby. One of my favorite things to do is take a nice bike ride through the quiet neighborhoods.

What a lovely and excellent place, and hosts. Had a relaxed 3 day stay in an excellent bed, room, shower & secluded garden (clothing optional). Very helpful hosts eg when I had to check in after midnight while their working schedules were challenging. Very Easy uber to and from airport & theme parks (EPIC!). Never book a hotel when visiting Orlando for pleasure or business.

Matt and Juan were perfect hosts. They were friendly good guys and great to visit with. The communication was on point and they were very accomodating. The house is very comfortable, I only wish I could have stayed longer. I hope I will get to stay again someday or host them at my own place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Matt's place in Orlando, and it was truly a flawless experience from start to finish. Communication before booking was super clear and transparent, and all the check-in instructions were a breeze. The location couldn't have been better, and the value for the price was absolutely perfect. Matt went above and beyond with recommendations for local hotspots and really made me feel at home. The house was spotless, the bedroom and bathroom were immaculate, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Orlando!

Matt is a fantastic host! He gave lots of great tips for sights and restaurants in the area and is very attentive to anything a guest may need. He's very welcoming and friendly, and is excited to share all of his helpful local knowledge. Excellent communication before and during my stay. Matt's place is super clean and organized, and it's within an easy drive of downtown Orlando and great sights in Winter Park. Rocko was an incredible doggie co-host :) I really enjoyed my stay!

Stayed with Matt for 1 night and the place was perfect. I wished I had stayed longer. Matt was great at communicating with me throughout my stay and of course it doesn't go without saying how clean the place was. My only issue was watching Roco face when I left and saying goodbye!

I arrived a bit later than expected but it was excellent communication from Matt and my check-in was easy and straightforward. Very nice clean house. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Amazing host. Would recommend!
