"Yasu is the most nicest host of my whole entire life of traveling. Extremely accommodating and communicative. The most kindest and mindful person. He met me at the Shinjuku Station and helped me get a physical train card from the tellers. He had such a comfortable home, bed, toilet, lounge area, across the street from 24 hr convenience store! QUIET neighborhood! 15-20 min walk from major stations. I appreciate Yasu for opening his home to us online. It's spaces like his that makes me feel grateful that these listings exist for us gay guys. Especially solo travelers who need a safe space to sleep while we explore. Thank you forever Yasu!!"

"The location is just perfect. Super close to subway station golden-gai bar district, walking distance to neighborhood with lots of clubs. Easy check-in, comfy bed and small balcony. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment is located in an exceptional area very close to Dotonbori and a metro station that connects to the rest of the city. The apartment is clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the host didn't show up during my stay, perhaps to give me more privacy but truthfully, at least for me, when we book to share a house with a host it's also to share some time with a local person and to better understand the city and the culture of the country. And the bed could be a bit more comfortable. But I highly recommend this place."

"I really enjoyed Junya's apartment. It is conveniently located near Shinjuku Ni Chome and easy to go to and from. I found electric scooters and bike nearby which made moving even easier. He was very helpful all the time and accommodated my needs, especially laundry option."

"Akira's apartment is very well located, 15 minutes on foot from Shinjuku. The neighborhood has all the necessary shops. The check-in went very smoothly, Akira's instructions are very clear. The apartment is very clean, but there were much more furniture than in the photos (Akira will explain why ;-). And our best moment in Tokyo was organized by Akira and his spouse, who took us to a great restaurant and then to get ice cream. We had a wonderful evening all together, it was really kind of them to spend so much time with us. Thank you Akira, I hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you one day in the land of the Loire Valley Castles!"

I enjoyed the space he provided with the futon bed, and it was clear what rules needed to be followed and respected. You are a short walk away from a Metro and Bus lines, which makes this location a convenient stay for anyone traveling to Tokyo. I really appreciate Satoshi for his kindness, flexibility, and overall hospitality during my first ever trip to Japan!"

"Eddie is very sweet and welcoming, and helped me with tips on local sights and navigating the train system. The apartment is well located in a neighborhood with tons of restaurants and an easy walk to many areas of interest. It is clean and comfortable and quiet, and the bed was heavenly. I slept so well. I'll stay there again the next time I'm in Tokyo."

It is in a lively part of Tokyo, very conveniently located for public transit and for walking around the central core of Tokyo, and it is 200 metres from some very fun LGBTQ+ establishments. Bonus: because it is on a quiet side-street, it is very quiet for sleeping. Seiji is a very good host, and his English is good."

"Hiroki is an outstanding, friendly and helpful host. I only put 2 stars for location because it is a out of the way (and it is very clean, just a bit cluttered and cramped, but that is Japan), but the price is a bargain. Hiroki goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful."
