"Great experience there. They were so nice and accommodating from start to finish, and even made me dinner and laid out a beautiful continental breakfast spread in the morning. The apartment has 1 shared bathroom and the bedroom does not have a dedicated ac unit, but neither were an issue for me. Just aspects to be aware of. The weather was gorgeous and city amenities were all an easy drive away. I would absolutely stay again if I find myself in LA again."

"Beautiful apartment with lots of space. The balcony was a nice touch. Good food options in the area for for delivery or walking distance. There's a Ralph's grocery store less than a 5 min walk away which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were almost empty everyday even though the weather was warm so it was nice to use those with just a friend and I. Great experience. Would definitely rebook"

"Ryan and Harry were terrific, personable hosts who shared lots of knowledge about their city. Their unbeatable location is only a ten minute walk from downtown Hartford's many restaurants and the People's Bank Arena. Their home is beautiful and welcoming - complete with two adorable cats - and the very comfortable, charmingly decorated room is private, and features a garden view balcony. And the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. I can't say enough! A wonderful experience for anyone visiting Hartford!"

"So there was a pretty minor problem with communication and check-in. I hadn't received the welcome emails. I believe the owners when they say they sent emails but I only received one automated email and that was it. When I arrived on the property, I did not have my access key and had to call the owners who were very friendly and helpful so beyond the initial lack of info, everything sorted itself out once I got the passcode into my guesthouse suite so I due diligence to the reporting that I did have problems yet I don't hold the owners at fault for it. They fixed the issue as soon as I reached out to them. Once inside, the guesthouse was immaculate and very well set up. The kitchen had just about every standard appliance, dishes, glasses, cookware. The bathroom included plenty of towels and a laundry area, walk-in shower. Bedroom was a decent size as well. My only two critical points is the bed was quite firm enough for me so tended to feel like it sagged and in my opinion, needs a decent chair for sitting but otherwise the room I was in was fantastic. I was there for a week, the entire suite had great climate controls which was important for me as I am a cold weather person and it was hot (for me) the entire week I was there. If you are there for gay specific events, the location can not be better, it is literally located behind the Eagle Wilton Manors and the Wilton Dr strip. The price was well worth the convenience. If you are looking for specific amenities like a private area to relax, the exterior area is smallish but there is a private pool. Also, if you are looking for a men's only location, this property caters to all so there is no clothing optional at the guest house. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but I know it's important to some. "
