This top floor one bedroom apartment has great views.

The apartment is in a secure building. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the pots, pans and dishes that you'll need. There's a sofa that converts into a full-size bed in the living room. The bedroom has a king size bed.

No washer / dryer in the unit, but there's a nice community laundry room nearby. There's a laundry room on each floor.

NOTE - we also have an Executive Jr 1-bedroom with balcony on the same floor, and another 1-bedroom with a balcony. Ask for more details.

Enjoy the rooftop pool and hot tub with amazing 360 degree views. There is also a sauna and fitness center in the building. Guests have access to all community amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym.

There is one assigned parking space in the secure underground garage.

This is a Private Residence, so we provide a Personal Check-in and Check-out. Government issued PHOTO ID is required at check-in.

Housekeeping services are required once per month, $130. Additional cleanings are optional.
