This top floor 1-bedroom unit in a secure building has a nice balcony with great views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown LA.
The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all of the cookware that you'll need during your stay. Dining area has seating for four.
There's a sofa in the living room, that converts to a queen bed for a 3rd guest if needed, a fireplace, and a work area with desk and chair by the balcony doors.
The bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
No washer / dryer in the unit, but there's a nice community laundry room nearby. There's a laundry room on each floor.
NOTE - we also have two other units in this building. A Jr 1-bedroom with balcony and another 1-bedroom. Ask for more details.
Enjoy the rooftop pool and hot tub with amazing 360 degree views. There is also a sauna and fitness center in the building. Guests have access to all community amenities: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym.
There is one assigned parking space in the secure underground garage.
This is a Private Residence, so we provide a Personal Check-in and Check-out. Government issued PHOTO ID is required at check-in.
CHECK-IN: between 4:00 - 8:00 pm
After hours Check-in Fee applies on arrivals after 8:00 pm. This is paid in ******** directly to your Greeter at check-in.
