2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,100 sq foot with balcony. Spacious, sunny, quiet & bright. Living room with balcony and fireplace, enjoy the city views. Sofa can covert into a sleeper for 5th guest if needed.
Enjoy 2 spacious private & separated bedrooms each with full ensuite bathroom. Top of the line mattresses, plenty of closet space, tree top views & black out drapes to insure an amazing nights' sleep. Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, high speed Internet, peaceful heated outdoor pool, plus gym.

All Guests are required to SIGN and AGREE to our House RULES at check-in.
HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking
- No Parties
- No Pets
- No Noise Disturbances
- No Unauthorized Guests
- Maximum Occupancy 5 - First and Last names of all Occupants required, including children. $10 extra per night for 5th guest, or extra bed set-up
- Guest is responsible for returning ALL KEYS / FOBS and Garage Remotes
$200 replacement fee for each item lost or not returned.
- Guest is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition at time of check-out as it was at check-in.
- Mid-stay cleanings required once per month. $165
