Apartment located on the heights of the Helbarron district, 10 minutes from St Jean de Luz and 15 minutes from Biarritz train station.
Several finishing touches and minor work to be carried out on the interior and exterior of the apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor of a divided Basque house, in the former basement.
Access to the garden with mountain views, to the living room and to the outside table, shared by all the apartments in the house, and close to the chicken pen.
One parking space for your car.
Renovated by us, with some finishing touches still in progress ;-)

We spent a night at David's, the house and bedroom are very pleasant and comfortable and David was very friendly, he even invited us for dinner! I recommend!

Little piece of paradise. Breakfast with a view of the Basque mountains before my departure. Seb and David are very welcoming hosts. The cat is too cute :)

From the moment I arrived in the garden, immediate, kind, natural and calm contact. My room was welcoming and comfortable. Invited to dinner. Home-cooked food, a great meal. I quickly felt like I was part of their friend group. A great stop Thank you to David and Sébastien

David and Seb have been perfect hosts. Attentive and giving us all the facilities for a very pleasant stay. We felt very comfortable sharing their space. We were looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle, but close to everything to explore the French Basque Country and it has been perfect. We will happily return. Thank you guys.
