About the Property: Our studio apartment, while separate, is part of our 1933 home. We've renovated it to modern standards, but please understand that some minor work may be ongoing in other parts of the house or garden. Sleeping Arrangements: - Main bed: Queen size (180cm wide) with two duvets and pillows - Second bed: Fold-out sofa (130cm wide) Beds will be prepared based on the number of registered guests. Amenities: Bedding and towels provided Basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are available Please purchase additional supplies if needed during extended stays. Parking: Free street parking is available Please park close to our bushes due to the narrow street For larger vehicles or multiple cars, contact us in advance Public Transportation: Buses ******** to Björkrisvägen stop (5-6 min walk to house) Frequent service every 5-10 minutes Check ******** for timetables Travel times to/from: Backaplan/Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen: ≈ 16 min Nordstan: ≈ 20 min Heden: ≈ 25 min Liseberg/Universeum/Korsvägen: ≈ 28 min Landvetter Airport: ≈ 1h 10min Nearby Grocery Stores: Supermarkets (ICA & COOP): 5-10 min walk Larger stores: Backaplan, Bäckebol & Nordstan Important Rules: No smoking or drug use is allowed inside or on the property Feel at home, but please respect our space. Recycling: Sweden is "recycling world"; therefore, garbage is sorted, leaving minimal to no general waste. The following things are sorted separately as follows - Organic waste & paper towels (not from the bathroom) - Paper & cartridge - Plastics, both hard and softer plastic - Metal & Aluminum - Glass - Batteries & Electronics All other things can be thrown in the general waste.
