My cozy apartment is only a 6 minute tram ride from city centre (or a 20 minute walk) in a nice and quiet area. I offer a very comfortable sofa bed that can fit 2 people in my living room. Or, if you prefer I can also offer my double bed in my bedroom. Clothing optional/nudism is nice and possible, but of course not mandatory!

Mattiaz was a welcoming, friendly, and communicative host! The place was exactly as described, the sofa bed was comfortable, and he was a great guide for my first time in Gothenburg.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Mattiaz's place in Gothenburg! From the moment I arrived, Mattiaz was an exceptional host. He kindly picked me up at the central station and shared great tips for exploring the city. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. I especially loved the sofa - it was so comfortable! The location is also perfect: I could easily walk to the city center and discover Gothenburg on foot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

A perfect stay. Only 3 stops from railway station. The sofa with an extra mattress, is very comfortable! The apartment is small, but nice and clean. But the best, is Mattiaz, the host! A warm, nice, happy and polite guy. Always good communications. My very best recommendations.

My stay with Mattiaz was absolutely perfect. The apartment is very nice and conveniently located close to the city center. Mattiaz is a wonderful host, super friendly and always making sure I felt at home. He's an artist and musician, and you can feel that creative vibe in the apartment, with its piano and walls full of musical posters. I would totally recommend staying at his place, and if I'm ever back in Gothenburg, I'd definitely stay with him again!
