I welcome you to my bright 50m2 apartment with its superb 30m2 terrace.
You can enjoy the peace and quiet, the bath, the kitchen and why not the piano?
If you're a fan of walking or running, you'll enjoy the magnificent green setting offered by the Lac du Héron, just 50 meters away.
A thick, cozy air mattress in a private room will let you rest and recover from your excesses haha.
The apartment is ideally located if you're planning to go to a match or concert at Stade Pierre Mauroy, or an exhibition at the LAM in Villeneuve d'Ascq.
Parking is easy and free on the street and you can also come by public transport (I'm 20min from Lille Flandre station by metro/bus).

Amazing place in the eastern part of Lille, surrounded by nature and close to the LAM. Super peaceful, quiet, and refreshing. Thomas is such a friendly and easygoing host. We had a great evening aperitif with him and his friend, had some interesting convos, and I learned quite a few new things along the way. Definitely recommend staying here!

Huge thanks to Thomas for his exceptional welcome!!! He is the host of the year... certainly 2025... even more so in 2026... His well-located apartment in the Lille metropolitan area is a haven of peace... Serenity... calm... greenery... more than positive vibes... are there... Thomas does everything to make the stay go wonderfully!! Advice from a very good restaurant... great conversations!! Thomas was naturally kind and generous with benevolent generosity!! That's what hospitality is all about...!! Highly recommend!!

Thank you Thomas for your pre-welcome, the warmth you showed. I felt at home in your place, positive vibes resonate throughout your house. And for sports enthusiasts and food lovers, a bakery, chocolaterie, and restaurant with Flemish specialties just steps away from Thomas's place, recommended by the host. Furthermore, a green gem surrounds this corner of Villeneuve d'Ascq in the heart of this capital of Flanders.

Thomas is a truly kind and welcoming host. He greeted me warmly, and I quickly felt at home and at ease. We had some lovely conversations, played a little on his piano, and he gave me great tips about things to do in the area. The air mattress was comfortable and set up in his workspace, which made it a unique experience given his energetic work. Definitely a place I would love to return to. Highly recommended!
