Situated in a small village on a hill, 2.5 km from the sea, is this charming newly renovated 140 sqm 4-room apartment on 2 levels. It is south-west facing, very bright, quiet and equipped with a large roof terrace and outdoor shower. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a 160cm and a 140cm double bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with a corner sofa from which you can enjoy a great view of the sea. A large dining room with a dining table on wheels and a sofa bed in the room offers you additional space and comfort. The view over the old roofs of Artallo, the town of Porto Maurizio and the sea in the background is fantastic from the spacious roof terrace. Simply unwind, switch off and relax.
