Chambre d'hôtes "2" with jacuzzi in Montpellier

Enjoying entertaining and meeting new people, we welcome you to our guest house, where the key words are conviviality, simplicity and relaxation.

Our house is located near the center of Montpellier, adjacent to a large wooded park. The sea can be reached by car in thirty minutes, or by public transport in less than an hour (tramway + shuttle).

Free parking is available nearby. Our house is located just 5 minutes from a streetcar stop, making it easy to get around.

To preserve the peace and quiet of our guests, no outsiders are allowed.

Spacious night-time areas in a quiet location: Our house is located at the end of an alley, next to a wooded park. All our bedrooms are on the second floor. Bed linen and towels are provided.

We have 2 guest rooms. This advert shows room 2.

Room 2: Bed 140*200 with firm pocket-spring mattress. The room overlooks the garden. The shower room is located on the landing and is shared with the owners.

All rooms have high-speed WIFI access (fiber).

Communal living spaces for sharing and conviviality: The kitchen and living room are freely accessible. A fridge is available to guests. You are free to cook except on Fridays, when we cook for our guests. We ask you to respect others and the premises.

In the garden, you can enjoy garden furniture and a barbecue (BBQ Party possible depending on availability). An outdoor Jacuzzi (38°) promises moments of relaxation.

As our friendly cat is very territorial, we cannot accommodate any other pets.

To share moments of conviviality, we invite our guests to dinner on Fridays. (Aperitif, main course, cheese and dessert). Wine is not included, but you can bring your own bottle.

On other days, guests who don't wish to cook can share our dinner (subject to availability and a contribution of 10 euros per person).

Our guesthouse is reserved for Gay guests from July to August.
