### Welcome to Les Trois Zepp 🌿 We’re happy to welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay to the fullest. A few simple rules help ensure everyone’s comfort, maintain the peace and quiet of the residence, and ensure that the next guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay. ### 🕐 Check-in & Check-out **Check-in:** from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If something unexpected delays you, just contact us so we can work together to find the best solution. **Check-out:** by 11:00 AM. ### 🤫 Quiet and Neighborhood Les Trois Zepp is located in a quiet, year-round residential complex. Noisy parties and gatherings are not permitted. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors, especially in the evening and at night. ### 🚭 Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A covered smoking area is available outside, with a view of the blue ridge of the Vosges Mountains. Please use only the designated ashtray. ### 🐾 Pets To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding. ### 🏠 Please Take Care of the Premises The apartment is our primary residence. We ask that you use the amenities with care and leave the apartment in good condition—just as you would like to find it upon your arrival. Some closets or drawers may be locked because they contain our personal belongings. Of course, there is plenty of storage space available for your belongings. Before leaving the apartment, please remember to **close the windows and French doors**, especially in winter. ### 🚗 Parking A **reserved parking space** is available for one vehicle. The other parking spaces in the residence are private and must not be used. If you have an additional vehicle, parking is available on nearby streets. A **secure bike storage area** is also available. ### ❄ In Winter During the winter months, weather-appropriate equipment is essential. **Winter tires are required to access the residence when conditions warrant it.** ### 🌲 Nature and Hiking Les Trois Zepp is the starting point for many forest trails. Please respect nature, do not start fires, and stay on the marked trails. ### ♻ Waste Sorting Please sort your waste into the bins provided for this purpose. Instructions will be explained to you upon check-in. ### ❤ And above all... We are fortunate to welcome thoughtful, respectful, and considerate guests.
