Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
You may do so only in outdoor spaces with respect and care.
No parties or events without permission.
Pets are not allowed unless arrangements are made in advance.

The house is also suitable for families with children, but no cribs or high chairs are available, except upon request (if provided).
🧺 Housekeeping and Garbage Collection:
Final cleaning service is included, but we ask that you leave the house in a decent condition (garbage collected, dishes washed).
Garbage collection is mandatory: you will find containers and instructions for properly disposing of plastic, glass, paper and organic ♻.
