Welcome to our elegant, soundproof apartment just 10 minutes from Istiklal Street and 20 minutes from Taksim Square! The building is newly constructed (1–2 years old) with high-quality cement walls, making it peaceful and secure.

Inside, you’ll find everything brand new – stylish furniture, a comfortable bed, air conditioning and central heating, a washer & dryer, a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a water boiler for your morning coffee or tea. From the bedroom, you can even catch a glimpse of the beautiful Golden Horn while relaxing in bed.

We are a friendly couple – I’m American of Lebanese origin, and my boyfriend is a Tunisian student in his first year at university. We love meeting new people, sharing stories, and making new memories. We’re happy to join you for a night out clubbing, dinners, cooking together, or even exploring the city.

Our home is stylish, quiet, and perfectly located for enjoying Istanbul while still offering a peaceful retreat.
