Very bright apartment in a quiet residential area, surrounded by lush greenery that keeps the temperature pleasant even in the middle of a heat wave. This spacious three-room apartment with balcony can comfortably accommodate four people: - One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed - A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed

Fully furnished: -Access to all necessary kitchens, condiments and staples. - Fiber, overhead projector and quality stereo system - Small piano for amateurs and desk for workaholics. - Several pairs of sheets and towels will of course be at your disposal.

The apartment is a 10-minute drive from Marseille's two gay beaches: - Mont Rose - crique des pierres tombées. But the calanques of Port-Pin in Cassis, Le Mugel in La Ciotat and the calanque of En-Vau are easily accessible via the Gineste road.

The town center is not within walking distance. Personally, if I decide to go out to party and enjoy the city in the evening, I take either an Uber or an electric scooter (it's 1 euro then 15 or 20cm per km.).
