Cute compact *private* renovated 1913 Chauffuer's Quarters carriage house. Above the garage, which is behind the Main House at the VP of Studebaker Automotive historic gated estate. Full kitchen, full bathroom with shower and clawfoot soaking tub combo. Great period details!

Huge garden for sunbathing and picnics, also private terrace. Schooldesk in front of window for WFH via laptop. Great for one person, two if you are good in close quarters. Studio layout, one living room and bedroom combined, separate kitchen, and full bathroom.

Super fast wifi. Flatscreen with Roku and you're welcome to use our various streaming services.

Ungentrified, historically black National Historic District neighborhood (please note there are empty or unredeveloped buildings in the area, like most areas of Detroit). We love our block club made up of local grandmothers and co op gardeners!

Anti racist folks comfortable in a diverse urban setting welcome.

Parking is free and available, on the street only (not behind house or in shared drive).
