Bright room + common areas - discreet host, heart of Aix

You'll be staying in a large, bright and comfortable private room (~20 m2), with separate access to a balcony for fresh air and peace and quiet. The apartment (86 m2 T3 on the top floor, with elevator of course!) is your ideal base: you're just a few minutes from Old Aix and the Quartier Mazarin, close to cafés, museums and lively alleyways... without the crowds and noise when it's time to relax.

The room opens onto a peaceful area, with a 140x190 double bed, bedding, storage space, desk and WiFi if you need to telecommute. The room is on the street side, so during the day urban noise can be perceptible at rush hour. It's quiet in the evening and at night.

We share common areas: living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower + sink) and separate toilet.

I look after cleanliness and comfort, and make sure you have everything you need. Washing and ironing facilities are available on site.

Check-in is in person at the agreed time, and I can store your luggage on the day of departure if you wish to enjoy Aix for a few extra hours.
