Beautiful private 265 sq ft room with en suite bath and private entry

Greg & Mike were greats hosts. Very personable! The accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying with Greg again on a return visit to the area

Greg and Mikey are the kind of hosts who remind you why Mister B&B exists. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome, walked us through everything we needed to know, and checked in just enough to make sure we were comfortable without ever being intrusive. The studio was spotless, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing weekend. The location was safe, convenient, and made exploring San Diego incredibly easy. As two gay travelers, it's always a pleasure to find hosts who create a space that feels both comfortable and affirming. Greg and Mikey absolutely nailed that balance with their warmth and hospitality. We'd happily stay with them again on our next trip to San Diego.

Gregory was wonderful and welcoming. We were given a thorough walk through of the studio with operations of the lights, locks, and TV. He checked in with us throughout the stay (by text) to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The patio was lush with potted plants and voluminous seating options. We would stay here again when visiting the San Diego area!

What can I say besides 10's across the board! Loved staying at Greg and Mikey's place! Not only was it incredibly comfortable, the hosts made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect and relaxing weekend getaway! Attentive, kind and hospitable. Location felt beyond safe and it was near all the best San Diego attractions. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again next time in San Diego. 😁

This space is beautiful! It is in a fantastic, safe location and the hosts, Greg and Michael, are fantastic. It's clean, so close to amenities, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again

In a word: Superb! Gregory was so welcoming, attentive, warm and positive. He made me feel like a long-time friend. He postponed a meeting a few minutes to greet me upon arrival. He gave suggestions about what to see and eat depending on where I was heading. Great room with windows all along both walls. Fun amenities including bathrobes and plenty of towels. Wonderful and prompt replies whenever I texted. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. And a nice little area of the backyard for clothing optional sunbathing. Asked every night if I needed anything. Took time to open the windows and cool the room on a hot day. The best!
