Quiet neighborhood street with windows facing into front yard garden. Private bath attached. Close to Highway 8, and 10 minutes to Hillcrest, 12 minutes to downtown. There’s lots of parking in the lot adjacent to the house or directly in front of the house. There’s also a small Jacuzzi on the side of the house, that you’re welcome to use if you let me know to turn it on in advance.
