Modern townhome in excellent location!

Had a great time utilizing the TV system and relaxing in the patio. The location had everything I needed and easy access to the beach. Can't wait to be back, thanks for everything!

I had a great 2-night stay at Joe's place. He made everything easy from check in to check out. He is exceptionally accommodating, with detailed instructions and quick answers to questions. His place is very cozy and I felt very much at home and welcome there.

Joe was a great host. Communication leading up to my stay was great, as I was nervous about my delayed flight. Made checking in super simple. It was a very enjoyable stay, great location and very comfortable accommodations. Being a nudist, I appreciated the clothing-optional option. His place is well decorated, nice set up, I felt at home. We had nice chats throughout the visit, which felt like reconnecting with an old friend! I will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything, Joe!

Joe's condo is super cute and in a gorgeous neighborhood a mere ten minutes from Black's Beach. Check in was beyond easy, he made me a delicious cocktail, told me help myself to whatever, and make myself at home - which I absolutely did! While my stay was short, it could not have been better. Joe makes you feel like you're visiting a close friend, not renting a room. Can't wait to go back. Thank you, Joe!

Wonderful host, great location!

This is a great location for a short term stay, central to the La Jolla area and with easy access to the freeway in case you wanna adventure south. Joe was very friendly and communicative and his pups were adorable.

Great location for supermarkets, food and even closed to a AMC theater as only 10-15mins walk away. Blacks Beach only a 10min Uber away as about $10-$15. Comfortable bed and Joe is a great choice to stay.

I enjoyed staying at Joe's place. His space is artistic, tidy, and comfortable, and it's in a very central location. The beach and highway are just a short drive away. Although our schedules limited our time to chat, I enjoyed getting to know him. He made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I highly recommend his place to fellow travelers!
