Quiet cul de sac in North Park

The room is very comfortable and spacious. The house itself is very cool. Kannon is incredibly nice, welcoming and very quick to respond. The location is very convenient. I have to mention the dog is very cute. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great spot to stay. Very nice room that is bigger than it looks in the photos. Cane and Rocky are both cool and welcoming tho we didn't see much of each other as we all had our own schedules. Dogs are super friendly.

The place is way bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean, and I love the industrial-inspired touches. The location is perfect—right next to the highway, and you can get pretty much anywhere within 15 minutes.

Kane was extremely accommodating of my last minute request when I had unexpected travel interruptions. I have to say: his space is impeccable! The room had anything you might need for a stay of any length. Im a dog person, so a bonus for me was getting to hang out with the two sweetheart pups as well. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting SD!

Kane is a great host and his home is immaculate. The room and bathroom were well equipped and very comfortable. Communication was very clear and he was very generous in sharing information about surrounding area sites and venues. I'll look forward to staying again during a future visit to San Diego.

Highly recommend! I had an amazing stay at Kannon's place. The house and the room were stunning—even better than the photos. The location is incredibly convenient and close to everything I wanted to see. Even though Kannon wasn't on-site during my visit, he was an attentive host and checked in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt very well taken care of. 5 stars!

I spent just one night here, but the stay was solid. I crossed paths with the host only in passing, but his communication was very good and everything was well explained via text message and a video intro. The home is indeed on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 805 and is quite brand new with lots of modern amenities. I enjoyed some very relaxing hot tub time.

Kannon is the best. He has a beautiful, modern home with all the amenities. I slept like a king. I especially appreciated the time I had in the evening getting to know him more. He's just really great guy. Book this place- you won't regret it!

I was lucky to be Kane's first guest in his new/current location --- & his description, reviews & communication were all on point. This may have been my best Mr. B&B experience for all the communication & regular check-in's with me being OK. Coal, the Great Dane, was first to greet me as I arrived & I met Chris, the helpful roommate another day --- before Kane was back in town. Beautiful space & people in a great spot (San Diego in general, but also the location). Look forward to figuring out another visit in the future.
