The treehouse is an elegant, newly remodeled estate, perched on top of Mt. Helix. The spectacular views are the center focus, each room offering its own unique view of the city below with giant windows.
The wrap around decks provide plenty of private places to relax and soak up your surroundings. Our luxurious rooms are spacious, clean and have the most comfortable beds and bedding. Each room has its own private, luxury on-suit.
Tranquility is the vibe of the house, whether you’re sitting around one of the many fire places, cuddled up in the family room with incredible views or cooking your favorite feast in the luxury kitchen. Every room, giving you the feeling of living up in the trees in a luxurious mansion.
Soak your cares away in the Jacuzzi nestled among the citrus trees. The spa is semi private, shared with 2 other suites. We ask our guests to honor the privacy of others when using the hot tub unless you are invited.

The accommodation at Michael's place was excellent. It was very well located and extremely pleasant to stay in. Everything was comfortable and just as described. Michael was a fantastic host — very friendly, welcoming, and full of great advice about the area. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us plenty of helpful tips to enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend staying at his place!

Literally the best part of the past San Diego Pride 2025 was stay here and becoming friends with the host Michael. The property is massive and so beautiful, every little detail of both the interior and exterior is thoughtfully authentic. It was a luxurious vacation experience. And Michael was the nicest person that I got to know on this trip, the communication before and during our stay was easy and smooth, he provided helpful tips and suggestions for fun things to do for the Pride weekend.

My partner and I love to come to the beach to unwind from all the worries and troubles of life. We decided to come to San Diego Pride and saw this post with a beautiful view. As soon as we booked Michael responded with enthusiasm! The view was stunning and we got to really get to know Michael and the other guest in an open environment. We will be coming here again we not only had a great host but now a new friend! ❤
