Welcome to my studio, a space I've personally designed as a haven of well-being and comfort. Renovated with passion by my family, it combines the soul of the old Via Aurelia with modern, meticulous design. It's my own home, and I've made it a point of honor that every detail invites relaxation. 🪩
A sanctuary of calm right in the center🌿 The strong point of this apartment is its unique contrast: although 10 meters from the bustle of the market and stores, it is absolutely calm. Overlooking private inner courtyards, it's a true haven of silence in the middle of the city.
You'll enjoy a top-of-the-range 160x200 bed with anti-allergy bedding. For total darkness, the studio is equipped with electric roller shutters and blackout curtains.
Two private patios: A rare luxury to enjoy your coffee in peace and quiet with the smell of pastries from the nearby bakery.
Premium amenities: Full air-conditioning, fully-equipped custom kitchen (Nespresso, washing machine, hob, fridge, etc.).
Ideal location: Close to food shops and wine cellars. Carnot parking lot 5 minutes away and bus station 15 minutes on foot.

Events : Parties and evenings are strictly forbidden.
Departure: To help me with maintenance, please empty your garbage cans, wash your dishes and remove the sheets from the bed before leaving.
Smoking: Non-smoking accommodation (allowed on patios only, doors closed).
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy when you leave! ✨
