Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Enjoy the outdoors from the terrace of the room or a hydromassage shower after your tour of the city. I will be away for a season so I rent the apartment for long stay with everything you need to live comfortably.
One bedroom apartment, ultra fast internet 300MBps, living room with giant 75" TV, bathroom with hydro-massage shower, terrace, bedroom with clothes rack, mirror, table and chair to work. It is a fourth floor with great views and no elevator. It is also the last level and is only one floor per floor so it is super quiet. Less than 5 minutes walk from two Metro stations.
The apartment has two additional rooms that will be locked during your stay, therefore inaccessible, is where I keep my personal belongings, the rest of the floor will be fully available. During your stay you rent the entire accommodation, therefore, there will be no other guests at any time.
Consumption included: The price includes the consumption of electricity, internet, hot and cold water.
To rationalize electricity consumption and avoid wasting energy:
The electricity consumption of the air conditioning in cold for summer or hot for winter is included up to 120 Kwh/month (4 Kwh day), having to be paid separately the excess consumption that occurs in the period at 30 cents / kWh. The apartment has an energy meter of the air machine (underneath on the right side of it) so that the user can check his consumption.

We must arrange a check-in time days before arrival.
Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
We are few neighbors in the building, so please be quiet, especially when going up and down the stairs so as not to disturb them.
Consumption included: The price includes electricity, internet, hot and cold water.
To rationalize electricity consumption and avoid waste of energy:
The electric consumption of the air conditioning is included up to 120 Kwh/month (4 Kwh day), having to be paid separately the excess consumption that occurs in the period at 30 cents/Kwh. The apartment has an energy meter of the air machine (underneath on the right side of it) so that the user can check its consumption.
From the year 2023, due to the Royal Decree ********, it is compulsory to keep a register with all the data of the guests. So, you must send me a photo of both sides of the ID card or photo of the passport data sheet through the ******** chat and before checking in.
It is forbidden to receive visitors or host more people outside the reservation, as well as to enter locked rooms. Failure to comply with this rule will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund.
It is not possible to connect or disconnect any device/appliance in the house without prior express authorization. Especially in relation to the boiler and hot water appliance, or other air conditioning appliances that can not be manipulated in any case.
Check-out is before 10:00, there is no possibility of leaving later, after 10:00 will be charged 150 € for each hour of delay in departure.
In case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment, 150€ will be charged prior to the opening of the apartment.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.
Please take out the garbage before leaving, with special care in the summer months.
Please do not touch the indoor or outdoor plants, or the self-irrigation system and pipes on the terrace.
Leave the house picked up before your departure.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund, in addition to possible sanctions by the competent authorities (for noise, parties, etc...).
