CHECK-IN - Check-in is done in self check-in mode, as per the instructions received separately. - Prior to arrival, it is mandatory to send a photo of the identity documents (ID card or passport) of the Guests. The data of your identity documents are collected only for legal compliance (communication to the State Police - Accommodation Portal) and will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation ********). They will not be kept beyond the necessary time or used for other purposes. CHECK-OUT - On the day of departure, I ask that you leave the keys on the console at the entrance, making sure that all lights are turned off and faucets are turned off. - Check-out must be done by noon, unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner upon arrival. - In the event of a delay that is not agreed upon, a penalty equal to an additional day's stay will be charged, according to the scheduled rate. - Please remember to make separate collection. Thank you very much! ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS 1. Authorized guests - The stay is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated in the reservation. - Access to unregistered persons is prohibited. 2. Keys - Upon check-in, you will find 4 keys: - One for the condominium door - One for the building's front door (house number 23, staircase B) - Two for the security door to the accommodation (floor 6, interior 26) - In case of loss, replacement of the lock cylinders will be required and reimbursement of expenses will be requested. 3. Behavior and Responsibility. - Proper use of all facilities and equipment provided is required, respecting the rules of civil coexistence. - Only the use of electronic cigarettes is permitted within the apartment. Out of respect for the next guests and care for the furnishings, smoking of traditional cigarettes is permitted only on the balconies (please pull up the French doors during use). - Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of minors. 4. Local regulations - It is mandatory to comply with Italian laws and local regulations regarding nighttime silence from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. 5. Environmental Respect - Guests are asked not to waste water and to use electricity carefully, respecting the environment. 6. Cleanliness and care of the accommodation - Accommodation is delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. Guests are kindly requested to maintain it with care. - It is forbidden to throw objects into the toilets or sinks that may clog the plumbing. - Guests must take utmost care of furniture, supplies and appliances. - In case of damage or neglect, a refund may be required.
