Pleasant apartment fully renovated (new paint and decor in September 2019) and equipped with 3-star 'Qualité Hébergement Corbier' label for 6 people (max. capacity 8) in Le Corbier, a pedestrian, family-friendly resort, with ski-in/ski-out access from the residence, and direct access to the Sybelles ski area. What's more, parking is free!

The apartment (47m2) enjoys sun all day (south-east facing), with magnificent views down the valley, and slope views from the living room. It comprises 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, shower room, wc, 1 dressing room, 2 loggias.
Supermarket and ski equipment rental 30 m from the residence, farm produce 40 m away (Maries Loux farm), all other shops 300 m away (butcher, delicatessen, bakery, mini-markets, pharmacy, bank, sports stores, restaurants, bars, cinema).

Of course, you can ski in and out from the residence: the first ski lifts are right in front of the residence (a chairlift and a drag lift) and 2 ski runs lead back to it (1 blue run and 1 green run). So you have direct access to the 310 km of pistes in the Les Sybelles ski area!

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Skis must be stored in the ski room in the basement (private closed cupboard). It is forbidden to enter floors, elevators or the apartment with skis on.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The apartment must be fully cleaned by the tenant before departure. I am particularly anxious that the sanitary facilities (shower, washbasins, toilets), kitchen, floors, etc. should be clean. Cleaning products are available for your convenience. However, I reserve the right to charge 100 euros if the accommodation is left in an obviously dirty condition.
Bed linen, towels and household linen are not provided. The dimensions of the beds and comforters will be provided after booking.
